Sound Mental Awards 2025 (Phase II) Highlights Men’s Mental Health at TUK
On November 1st, 2025, Sound Mental Health hosted an empowering mental health and wellness event at Technical University of Kenya (TUK), bringing together 150 participants. Supported by TUK ELC and Arrow Dental, the event combined learning, dialogue, and holistic well-being.
The day featured a student panel discussion, an expert session on men’s mental health, and on-site dental check-ups, providing practical insights and health support. Phase 2 of the Sound Mental Awards celebrated outstanding mental health advocates with cash prizes, trophies, and certificates, inspiring active participation in community mental health initiatives.
